Beauty in china and glassware

Here’s an unusual post if there ever was one. We all know china and glassware is fuelled by great skill, craftsmanship and creativity. However, people don’t usually turn to these products when looking for somewhere to go to be inspired or for a ‘cultural’ day out. It’s just a matter of taste and preference of course, so if you’re reading this I’ll presume you and I have some shared interests and are this way inclined.

No matter how low I’m feeling, design & craftsmanship has a magical way of uplifting the spirits. Due to the lockdowns, I wasn’t able to share visits to the London stores of Baccarat and Lalique (maybe next time), until then, here’s a hidden gem….
